Once we receive drawings from your architect, designer, or in-house store development team, MMI begins crafting the most competitive and accurate price using our expertise and a reliable network of suppliers and contractors.
We can tailor our work to fit your budget requirements and provide assistance with tender documentation if needed.
At this stage, we can also handle pricing and applications for consents and any necessary local regulatory requirements.
During the estimating process, we are available to address any design or specification questions, ensuring all materials and services are estimated accurately and within your desired timeframe.
Project Management
Once a project is awarded, MMI assigns a dedicated Project Manager who, alongside our internal Quantity Surveying team, oversees the execution and coordination of your project from start to finish.
We engage all necessary trades, establish key stakeholder relationships, and begin on-site work. At this stage, we confirm the sourcing of any long lead items or custom solutions to prevent delays in the project timeline.
From demolition or de-fitting to construction, installation, and merchandising, our team closely monitors the build process and costs. We ensure that your project is completed on time, to specification, and in alignment with your design and brand requirements.
Production
In our dedicated joinery factory, MMI assigns a Joinery Project Manager to oversee the manufacturing of joinery units, ensuring they meet the specified quality and design standards.

Every aspect of the project is monitored through our internal job tracking system. Our skilled cabinet makers and machine operators craft each piece to ensure precise specifications and functionality.
If your project requires a paint finish, our spray booth team will complete it to the specified finish.
Production in our factory is carefully staged and managed according to a dedicated project timeline, ensuring seamless workflow and timely delivery.
